  • Risk Management Plan (RMP): Regularly reviewing business rules and risk practices ensures we stay resilient, proactive, and prepared for challenges.
  • Business Rating (1-10): Team members score the business based on metrics like brand strength, financial health, and employee engagement. This sparks valuable discussions about areas needing attention and improvement.

4. Issues List & Meeting Evaluation

  • Critical Issues: We tackle pressing concerns using the Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) formula from Traction. This method ensures actionable solutions and clear ownership of next steps.
  • Meeting Effectiveness: At the end of each meeting, attendees rate the session (1-10) to evaluate how well it adhered to the rules and delivered value. This feedback helps us continuously refine our meeting process.
