FAQs

All your questions and concerns can be answered here.
How do I manage the time difference?

South African staff typically start early, offering 3-4 hours of overlap with Australian business hours for meetings. Assign tasks in your afternoon, and by the next morning, you’ll have completed work in your inbox. This flexibility also enables continuous client support.

How do I ensure my virtual staff are productive?

Daily meetings, clear communication, and KPIs ensure productivity. We recommend end-of-day emails summarising:

  • Tasks completed
  • Support/resources needed
  • Current deadlines
  • Availability for additional work
What roles can you fill?

We offer staff for any remote role, including Marketing, Copywriting, Online Course Creation, Accounting, Executive Assistance, Customer Service, Telemarketing, and more.
